Last updated: October 5, 2025

This Website User Privacy Notice describes how Accentuate Strategy + Execution (hereinafter “Accentuate,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) collects, uses, shares, and stores information from visitors to  https://www.accentuatestrategy.com (the “Website“). This Notice applies only to the data collected via the Website. It does not apply to data collected offline or via our consulting services unless stated otherwise.

Notice at Collection.
At or before the point of collection, we disclose the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, whether we sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, our retention periods, and how to exercise your rights. See “Information We Collect,” “How We Use Information,” and “Your Privacy Rights and Choices” below.

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the Website. We may update this Notice periodically; your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Notice. See “Changes to Notice.”

1. OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR PRIVACY

This Notice explains:

  • How we collect information on the Website;

  • How we use it; and

  • How we share it.

Questions? See “Connect with Us.”

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT THROUGH THE WEBSITE

  • Information You Provide to Us.
    We collect information you provide via forms, newsletter sign-ups, event registrations, chat messages, or when you contact us. We do not ask for sensitive data (e.g. precise geolocation, citizenship, or military status, payment card numbers) on public web forms. If a paid transaction is ever offered on the Website, payment processing will occur through a PCI-compliant provider, and we will not store full payment card details. Personal information may include your name, email address, phone number, company, role, and message content.

  • Device and Usage Information.
    We collect standard technical information such as IP address (which may indicate general location), browser/OS, pages viewed, referring URLs, time on page, and interactions with our site (clicks, form submissions). We may collect approximate location from your IP; we do not collect precise GPS location from your device.

  • Automatic Data Collection Technologies.
    We use cookies, web beacons/pixels, server logs, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Website. See “Cookies and Similar Technologies” below.

  • Third Party Tools.
    We may use analytics services such as Google Analytics to understand site traffic. We currently do not use advertising pixels or trackers for cross-site targeting. If this changes, we will update this Notice and provide required opt-out options, including honoring Global Privacy Control (GPC).

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Website;

  • Respond to your inquiries and send requested materials;

  • Provide marketing communications you opt into, with the ability to unsubscribe;

  • If enabled, measure and improve advertising or outreach (see “Sale/Sharing Disclosures”);

  • Enforce terms, secure the Website, and comply with law;

  • De-identify or aggregate data for analytics, without identifying you.

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

  • With service providers who support our operations (e.g., hosting, analytics, email), under confidentiality obligations;

  • With advertising/measurement partners only if we enable cross-context behavioral advertising (see “Sale/Sharing Disclosures and Opt-Out”.)

  • In connection with legal obligations, security, and to protect rights;

  • In a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, etc.);

  • With your direction or consent;

  • As aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.

5. CHILDREN’S POLICY

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us at Ainsley@AccentuateStrategy.com and we will delete it. If, in the future, we offer any child-directed features, we will obtain verifiable parental consent as required by COPPA.

6. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies for core site functions, performance, and (if enabled) advertising/measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies may affect site functionality.

Google Analytics
You can opt out via Google’s browser add-on; we also support GA configuration options such as IP anonymization and data-retention controls.

Ad Preferences
For interest-based advertising by participating companies, you can use the DAA’s WebChoices tool. Note: The NAI sunset its multi-company cookie/email opt-out tools in September 2025, so we do not ink to those tools.

7. SALES/SHARING DISCLOSURES AND OPT-OUT (U.S. State Laws)

If we sell or share your personal information (as defined by applicable law) for cross-context behavioral advertising (for example, by using advertising pixels), we will:

·       Disclose that activity in this policy and in a Notice at Collection;

·       Provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link; and

·       Honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a frictionless manner.

Colorado users: We recognize Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms (UOOM) approved by the Colorado AG, including GPC.

8. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on your state or country, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, appeal a decision, opt out of targeted advertising (sale/share), and receive a portable copy of your data. You can exercise rights by emailing Ainsley@AccentuateStrategy.com. We will verify your request and respond within the applicable legal timeframe.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights (for example, by denying services or charging different prices). We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for your data.

Minnesota users (effective July 31, 2025): We provide a clear online privacy notice, list categories/purposes/retention, and offer rights as required by the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act.

EEA/UK residents: We are a U.S.-based business. If you are located in the EEA/UK and provide us data, we will process it consistent with this Notice. You may have rights under local law (e.g., to access, correct, or delete your data).

9.  DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above (e.g., inquiry responses, analytics), to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

10. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is 100% secure; please use caution when transmitting information online.

11. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

If you access the Website from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. We do not currently transfer data internationally, but if that changes, we will implement legally required safeguards.

12. DO NOT TRACK / GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” (DNT); we currently do not respond to DNT signals. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals for sale/share opt-outs and apply them to your browser/device and, when known, to your account.

13. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

We may update this Notice from time to time. The “Last Updated” data above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be posted on this page.
