  • An Acceleration Sprint is a focused, short-term engagement designed to solve a specific leadership or growth challenge.

    Each Sprint is structured around a defined outcome and consists of six two-hour virtual sessions over the course of three weeks held with a company’s leadership team. We work to clarify the issue at hand, make decisions, and leave with a concrete plan for moving forward.

    This is not open-ended consulting. It’s a disciplined working process with a clear finish line to help you get unstuck and create momentum.

  • Sprints are scheduled over the course of three weeks. They are intentionally structured to move quickly while giving leaders time between sessions to reflect, gather input, and pressure-test decisions.

    The goal is to establish momentum.

  • Sprints involve six virtual working sessions, two hours each, with a company’s leadership team.

    Between sessions, leaders may complete short exercises, or gather relevant data. The time commitment is real, but contained.

    The Sprints are designed to work alongside ongoing operations, not disrupt them.

  • That depends on where you’re stuck. Some Sprints focus on brand clarity and positioning. Some focus on leadership alignment and decision-making. Others address growth bottlenecks, structure, accountability, or execution rhythm.

This Sprint is designed to surface what is driving the tension you’re feeling.   • Each Acceleration Sprint is a fixed investment of $7,500. That includes six two-hour virtual working sessions with your leadership team over three weeks, along with all supporting materials and facilitation.

    For Massachusetts-based companies, the state’s Workforce Training Grant may reimburse all or nearly all of the investment. If you are eligible, we can guide you through what that looks like once we begin the conversation.
